Roderick T. Goldman President

Roderick T. Goldman has twenty years experience in the development, implementation and operation
of transit services to over 10 million residents of the Los Angeles area. During this period, he directed the activities of
the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority in the areas of transit service planning and transit operations
performance analysis. Mr. Goldman managed development of five-year transit plans for both
LACMTA and regional transit services. He directed development of transit service policies, bus fleet planning, transit
facility planning and multi-year transit service forecasting. Mr. Goldman successfully managed compliance efforts for LACMTA
in its 10-year Consent Decree by developing strategic plans for long-term bus service improvement, and in developing new bus
services to address unmet service needs for the transit-dependent population. He also participated in the implementation of
light and heavy rail services in the Los Angeles area.
